Mine Tattslotto Agency was established 15th May, 1972.
Over the years
there have been a number of owners, with the current owners and
operators Lyle and Suzanne Ridout having been in the business
since May 2001.
The Hastings Gold
Mine has been very “lucky” for a great number of people over the
years. In fact the Hastings Gold Mine can proudly boast to
having sold 18 First division prizes in Saturday Tattslotto in
its history, and is knocking on the door for its 19th First
division prize! Not to mention the numerous other prize
division payouts!
We have regular
permanent weekly syndicates, which from time to time have
vacancies become available. So if you are interested, keep your
eye on the syndicate board in the shop or ask a staff member at
the counter.
Six times during
the year Tattersall’s run Saturday Tattslotto Superdraws , with
on average no less than $14,000,000 for First division. On
these special Superdraws the Hastings Gold Mine have a number of
syndicates with shares ranging from $10 to $261 per share in
various combinations. Syndicates have between 5 and 11 shares
available in each, depending on the
game combinations and cost of each syndicate.
Sheets outlining
the different shares available can be obtained 2-3 weeks in
advance of an advertised Superdraw. It is advised that you ‘get
in early’ as all syndicate shares sell out very quickly.
The Hastings Gold
Mine also sells cigarettes, tobacco and associated products,
cards, sweets, gifts, CD’s and cassettes. Card, sweet and gift
lines change frequently with new stock arriving all the time, so
check them out next time you are in the shop.
